My profile

I'm a Java developer with over 10 years of experience, currently working at lsn company where I develop applications for the insurance industry.

Before this role, I developed network planning applications for the optical industry.

Earlier in my career, I worked in the electronics and banking sectors, providing support to B2C, B2B, and internal customers, applying specialist knowledge across various domains.

I also hold a Master's degree in Technical Physics from Gdańsk University of Technology.

After work

Tutoring

I have been providing private tutoring in mathematics and physics for nearly two decades, mainly for high school and technical university students. In the projects section below, you can also find an orthodrome calculator that I created several years ago for students of Gdynia Maritime University.

Learning

I spend as much time as possible learning new things and improving my skills. My main personal project at the moment is the Squash app (see below), which helps me develop my skills in Angular, Java, and Spring Boot (including Spring Data, JPA, and Security), as well as in databases and UX design.

Activities

When I'm not working on these, I stay active through sports. I have been training squash for nearly a decade and manage an amateur league of several players. I am also a half-marathon runner and regularly train running. I am also an honored blood donor, awarded the highest-level badge by the Polish Red Cross and a medal from the Minister of Health.
